I am originally from Chicago and attended Washington University in St. Louis where I earned
my BFA in painting.
In the mid nineties I began working in clay and opened my studio and gallery in 2001.
Along with my pottery I show the work of other local potters, painters and photographers.
Most of my stoneware is fired in an electric kiln or occasionally wood fired in a shared kiln.
My intention is to keep the creative process fresh and challenging through experimentation
and observation and to share the variety of ceramic form created by other potters.
